RESERVE / DEPOSIT

If you like a horse and wish to reserve it, a £200 cash deposit is required. This is refundable if the horse fails a veterinary inspection. A deposit is valid for two weeks only.

RETURNS

We offer a seven day money back guarantee, unfortunately due to so many timewasters this year, we have now had to impose a 10% returns fee which would be deducted from the sales price if the horse/pony is returned. The Horse must be returned in the same condition it left the yard to receive your money back.

After this period we offer a three month exchange warranty on any sale on a horse if the equivalent value.

Withstanding all this our aim is to match horse and rider together and we do our upmost to ensure this. We have been successfully doing this for many years.
